Julie Giles

About The Artist

A passion for nature led me to painting. I work mostly outside, in all seasons, in coastal, riverside and rural places. People moving through these places become part of the imagery, often tiny, giving a sense of scale to the landscape.

Julie Giles exhibited at The Cut in August/September, 2006, (more on that to come) and work was included in the FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING online only exhibition curated by The Cut during the 2020/21 pandemic lockdowns.
