I am a visual artist that brings together a wide variety of processes: sculpture / installation, sound, drawing, wall text, and more recently audio-video installations.
I now focus primarily on film-making with narratives that suggest displacement and alienation.
Since completing my MA I have exhibited throughout the UK and internationally, including: Kettles Yard, Serpentine Gallery, Royal Academy, Edinburgh; Mappin Gallery, Sheffield; The Yard Gallery, Nottingham; and Katherine E Nash Gallery, Minnesota, USA.
In 2006 I founded Fieldgate Gallery, and ran it as curator-director for 2 years in Whitechapel, London. I continue to curate under the Fieldgate name
